Biography
Kate Parker assists attorneys involved in trade remedy proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Parker attended Boston University and graduated with a B.A. in International Relations with concentrations in International Systems & World Order and Europe. She was a Director of Marketing and Associate Editor for the Boston University International Relations Review. She was a Dean’s List student.
Prior to joining Rock Creek Trade, Ms. Parker worked at the Massachusetts House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.
