Biography
Noah Meyer specializes in international trade law with a focus on antidumping and countervailing duty cases. Before joining Rock Creek Trade, Mr. Meyer served as an Attorney Advisor in the Office of the General Counsel for the U.S. International Trade Commission. In that role, Mr. Meyer advised the International Trade Commission on legal matters concerning investigations into the effects of dumped and subsidized imports across a wide range of domestic industries.
Mr. Meyer has extensive experience with complex litigation and has represented the International Trade Commission before both the U.S. Court of International Trade and the World Trade Organization. Mr. Meyer played an integral role in successfully defending the U.S. Government’s final determinations in Methionine from Japan and Spain before the Court of International Trade. He also defended the International Trade Commission’s final determinations in Oil Country Tubular Goods from Argentina, Mexico, Russia, and South Korea both in litigation before the Court of International Trade and in a dispute before the World Trade Organization.
While in law school, Noah served on the Dean’s Leadership Council and as a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team, where he earned an honorable mention for the Martin Domke Award for Best Individual Oralist. He currently serves as a Vice Chair for the American Bar Association International Trade Committee.
